By using this website or installing Kash Rummy you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app.

1. Who these terms are with

This site and the Kash Rummy app are published by Free Game Loop Pvt. Ltd., 23/3, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201017, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means the person using the site or the app.

2. What Kash Rummy is

Kash Rummy is a free card game for Android. It is a practice game, for entertainment only. There is no real money involved in it at any point: nothing is paid in, nothing is paid out, nothing of value can be obtained from it, and there is nothing to buy in it.

No part of the app or this site is an offer to play for anything of value. Any in-game counters or scores exist only inside the game, have no value outside it, cannot be transferred to anybody, and cannot be exchanged for anything.

3. Age

You must be 18 or over to use this site or the app. By using either, you confirm that you are.

4. Where you may use it

Rummy is recognised in India as a game of skill, but the law on card games differs from state to state and from country to country. You are responsible for making sure that using this app is lawful where you are. If it is not, do not install it.

5. Installing the app

Kash Rummy is distributed as an APK from this website and from our file host at static.rummykash.com. It is not distributed through Google Play. We are only responsible for the file served from those two addresses. If you obtain a file called Kash Rummy from anywhere else, we cannot vouch for it, and you should not install it.

Installing an app from outside an app store requires you to grant a permission on your own device. That decision is yours, and the download page explains exactly what you are being asked and why.

6. What you may and may not do

You may install the app on your own devices and play it as much as you like.

You may not:

• redistribute, sell, rent or re-publish the app or its files;
• decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use automated tools, modified clients or any other method to interfere with how the game works;
• use the app or the site for anything unlawful;
• copy the written content, artwork or design of this site for your own use without our permission.

7. Content on this site

The guides, rules explanations and other writing on this site are ours, and are provided for information. We have taken care to describe 13-card Indian rummy accurately, but house rules vary and the app's own rules screen is the definitive version for play inside Kash Rummy.

8. Availability

We do not promise that the site or the app will always be available, or that either will be free of faults. We may change, suspend or remove the app or any part of the site at any time, and we may stop supporting older versions.

9. Liability

The site and the app are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind so far as the law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for any damage arising from your use of the app or the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
