Kash Rummy download and install steps for Android

Is Kash Rummy download legal in India in 2026?
Yes, the Kash Rummy download is legal in India, and so is playing it. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, in force since 1 May 2026, bans online money games: games where you pay or stake money, or coins worth money, hoping to win more. Real-money rummy, fantasy sports and poker all fall under the ban, whatever skill they take.
The Act also covers "other stakes," meaning credits, coins or tokens that count as money or can be turned into it. So a game doesn't escape the ban just because you buy chips instead of paying cash.
The penalties land on the operators. Per the official PIB explainer, the maximum jail term is three years for those who offer online money games and two years for those who advertise them.
