Privacy policy

Last updated 7 September 2026. This policy covers rummyloop.com and the Kash Rummy Android app.

This policy explains what Free Game Loop Pvt. Ltd. collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be defended, so where something is genuinely simple we have said so plainly.

Who we are

Free Game Loop Pvt. Ltd.
23/3, Rajnagar Extension,
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201017, India
business@rummyloop.com

What we collect on this website

rummyloop.com is a static website. There are no accounts, no login, no comment form and no newsletter sign-up, so there is nothing here that asks you for your name or your email address.

We do collect two kinds of information:

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. It records things like the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser you used, and whether you tapped a download button. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a return visit.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, including IP address, timestamp and the file requested. These logs exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell this information, we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not combine it with anything else.

What the Kash Rummy app collects

Kash Rummy can be played without creating an account and without giving us a phone number or an email address. The app stores your game settings and progress locally on your own device.

If you contact us about a problem, and choose to send a crash report or a description of what happened, that information reaches us by email and is kept only for as long as it takes to resolve the issue.

Because the game involves no real money at any point, there are no payment details in it, no bank information and no financial records of any kind.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers beyond that.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site — every page works normally with cookies disabled. You can also install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Analytics across all sites.

Why we are allowed to process this

We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and in keeping it secure and working. Where consent is required for analytics cookies under applicable law, we rely on the consent expressed through your browser settings and the choices you make there.

Who else sees it

  • Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4.
  • Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site files and serves them.
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, if we receive a valid order from a court or authority.

These providers may process information outside India. We have no other recipients: we do not share information with advertisers, data brokers or affiliates.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and up to three years afterwards where we may need a record of it.

Children

Kash Rummy is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to business@rummyloop.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to our processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to business@rummyloop.com with Privacy request in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

In practice, for most visitors we hold nothing that identifies you personally, so a request will usually be answered by confirming exactly that.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The app stores your progress on your own device rather than on our servers, which means there is no central store of player data to breach. No system is perfectly secure, but there is very little here to take.

The download button points to static.rummykash.com, which is our own file host. Apart from that, this site does not link out to third-party services. If we add any, this policy will be updated.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in a short note here rather than slipped in silently.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact business@rummyloop.com with Grievance in the subject line. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
