Contact us
One address handles everything — support questions, install problems, complaints and legal notices.
This is both our support address and our grievance address. We aim to reply within three working days. There is no phone line and no live chat — everything goes through email so there is a written record on both sides.

Grievance officer
Complaints about content on this site, about the Kash Rummy app, or about how your information has been handled should be sent to business@rummyloop.com with Grievance in the subject line. Please include your name, a description of the issue and any relevant dates. We will acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
What to include when reporting a problem
We can help far faster if the first email has the details in it. For a problem with the app, tell us:
- Your phone model and Android version — Settings, then About phone.
- The app version, shown on the settings screen inside Kash Rummy.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened instead.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
For a problem installing, tell us the exact wording of the message your phone showed. Most install issues are covered on the download page under “if something goes wrong”, and it is worth reading that first.
What happens after you write
Every message goes to the same inbox and is read by a person, not sorted by a bot. You will get a reply within three working days, and usually sooner. If your email describes a bug we can reproduce, the reply will tell you whether a fix is planned and roughly when; if we cannot reproduce it, we will come back with specific questions rather than a form response.
We do not have a ticket system, so there is no reference number to quote. Simply reply on the same email thread and the history stays together.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a security issue in the app or on this site, please write to business@rummyloop.com with Security in the subject line, and describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable period to look into it before publishing anything. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and keep you updated while we work on it.
Press and business
Business, partnership and press enquiries go to the same address. Put Business in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
Before you write: things already answered
A good share of the email we get is covered somewhere on the site, and reading the relevant page is faster than waiting for a reply:
- Install problems, permission messages and Play Protect warnings — the download page, under “if something goes wrong”.
- Whether the game is free, and what is or is not in it — the questions section on the same page.
- How a hand is scored, or why a declaration was rejected — the rules reference, which covers the edge cases that cause most of these questions.
- How to update to a newer version — the last section of the download page.
If the answer is there but badly explained, tell us that too. It is useful to know which parts of the writing are not doing their job.
Language
We reply in English. If it is easier for you to write in Hindi or Tamil, please do — we will understand the message and answer in English.
What we cannot help with
Kash Rummy is a free practice game with no real money in it at any point, so there are no accounts holding anything of value, no payments to reverse and nothing to recover. If someone has contacted you claiming to represent Kash Rummy or Rummy Loop and asked you for a payment or for banking details, that is not us — please forward the message to business@rummyloop.com so we can look into it.
